In Redwood Shores, CA – AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET for Single Family Houses in May was 10 days with the average sale price $1,983,000.00 (in April was $1,586,000.00). Price Received was 5% more than asking price.

In Belmont, CA – AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET for Single Family Houses in May was only 10 days with the average sale price $1,630,414.00 (in April was $1,750,126.00). Price Received was 11% more than asking price.

In San Carlos, CA – AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET for Single Family Houses in May was only 10 days with the average sale price $2,018,313.00 (in April was $1,629,307.00). Price Received was 11% MORE than asking price.
