In the month of April there were a total of 455 home sales which is UP 9% from the month before.
The average sales price for April was $1,642,290 (in March was $1,561,304) with the average listing price $1,531,430 (in March was $1,460,064).
So the average Sales Price in San Francisco still approx 5% higher than the month before and 7% higher than the Listing Price.
Average days on market in San Francisco was 37 for the month of April (29 days for the month of March).
Inventory as of today – May, 5th 839 properties for sale in San Francisco (vs 717 on April 4th).
